The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The stuff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't something to write home about, but good enough.

Easy access from airport! Comfortable stay!

Close to airport 7k’s. Very comfortable stay. Lovely greeting with a cool drink. Urban/industrial vibe which is done well!

Food wasn’t amazing and we had an issue with the power - kept turning off and on! Not enough to warrant someone looking at it though!

Pool and location. Restaurant/bar and staff were also great.

All four pillows were too high and firm and slept on the scatter cushion instead. Suggest getting a mixture for different likes.

Lovely!!

This place is close to the airport, in fact walking distance. It was a fun place to stay, they have some great events on, and the staff were extremely friendly. The pool was lovely and clean. Next to it was a great range of cafes and restaurants which was important given that most of the city is much more local rather than catering to tourists. There was an incredible cafe with more coffee options than some of the best cafes in Australia on the Board walk a short tricycle ride from the hotel. We have fun and a great start to the next phase of our trip with island hopping

It might be good to have part of the pool with shade during the middle of the day. At night it was a little loud with the music, but not enough to disturb our sleep.

Bit of noise from elevator bell as each time the elevator was used, for example at 4am in the morning we heard this bell, as we were in room 204. Maybe from 10pm - 7pm this bell could be turned off?

Great hotel, great location and great price

The bfast had many choices to satisfy your taste. The rooms were spacious and great toilet and shower. The location is very close to the airport and only minutes away from many restaurants and a mall. The pool facilities is super clean

There could have been a van already sent to the airport to receive guests like the other hotels in the area. We did book our dates well in advance.

The hotel is very conveniently located, sitting practically next to Puerto Princessa Airport. Even without the complimentary shuttle transfer, you could walk to it. On top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. MVP title go to the hotel dog Spike for being the friendliest, most outgoing canine greeter ever. :) The restaurant has some great food as well, from the free buffet-style breakfast to the paid lunch and dinner options.

I liked everything the hotel offered. Two thumbs up!

Superb

Perfect for travelers arriving late at the airport needing a one night stay before traveling onward. The hotel is in walking distance to the airport, the rooms are big, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel restaurant is open till 21h, so there is no need to go out again after ariving late.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but not a lot of fruit. Also, a bathroom door would be convenient for those traveling with family or friends.

There was a pool which was nice if rather small. The room and bathroom were really large although it all felt a bit tired (which is why I've not given it a higher score). Good location. Beds were REALLY comfortable

Wonderful staff trying to help me as best as they can.

Excellent service. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Being able to rent a car directly from the hotel is a big advantage. The pool is pleasant. Breakfast very good with a large selection.

It is evident that the hotel could use a little renovation. It is not tragic, but as far as the value for money is concerned, it seems to me that a slight refurbishment would make the hotel more appealing.

Over-all, good value for money for a short one night.

The hotel was very comfortable, the decorations were quirky, the pool was nice but a bit cold due to the weather. Proximity to the town was great and staff's service to call the tricycle and information sharing was efficient; very close to the airport which was very convenient for our early morning departure with the hotel's free shuttle.

Staff didn't wake us up as they said they would. The breakfast to go sandwich was uneatable.
